The site is located in the Al Falah District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a total plot area of 790 m². The client’s vision was to undertake a comprehensive study of the preliminary villa layout, with a strong focus on maximizing open and green spaces throughout the site.
The design revolves around creating maximum greenery, ensuring that most internal spaces overlook landscaped areas to enhance visual connection with nature.

An experiential journey is developed throughout the site to enrich user experience, with each green space featuring its own unique character and function. A key design challenge was integrating a separate entrance for a private second-floor apartment while maintaining privacy and functional separation from the main villa.
